I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were meticulously clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the small balcony. The service was exceptional, and the tours and ticket assistance provided were very helpful. The location was superb, with all the museums within walking distance and the huge food market right opposite. The dining experience offered gourmet pizzas, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, a great value for money choice with just a minor inconvenience of the windows facing the air shaft.

I couldn't have asked for a better location! Right in the heart of Madrid with the San Miguel market just across the street. The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were so comfortable. However, the bed did creak a bit which was a small inconvenience. Overall, a great value for the money.
